DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for daily production activities to ensure smooth operation, man power sufficient and achieved good quality output. Provide training for workers to meet the production goals and quality requirement. Investigate problem or identify potential problem, determine the root cause, provide corrective actions and prevention plans. Ensure workers compliance with health and safety regulations, safe work practice, and proper handling of equipment and machinery. Propose recommendation on standard operating procedures (SOPs) or equipment improvement to maximize production efficiency and minimize the production cost.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Chemical and Polymer, Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronic or equivalent. At least 1-3 years hands-on working experience in plastic packaging industries. Demonstrate responsibility, good communication and interpersonal skill, leadership, and maintain a positive attitude. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English Full-Time position(s) available.
