DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensure that internal audit activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with standards Implement best audit and business practices in line with applicable internal audit statements Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with standards Compile, supervision and implement the annual Internal Audit plan Conduct ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risks Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to Management and/or regulators (OJK) Make a good relationship and communications with Senior Management, the Audit Committee, and external parties included Head Quarter in Japan regarding internal audit related matters
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree in any background, internal auditing or financial management would be an advantage Good proficiency in English both oral & written is a must Minimum 8 years of experience as managerial in audit and risk controller Preferably with exposure or background in multifinance Understand about JSOX Accreditation with the Institute of Internal Auditors Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Must have the ability to think objectively, have strong ethical standards, as well as high levels of integrity
