DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Engage with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and business processes
Analyze current processes and map them to SAP functionalities
Provide gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve or implement business processes using SAP
Configure the SAP module(s) to meet business requirements (FI/CO, Basis, PS, PM, SM, etc)
Customize SAP applications based on specific business needs and ensure system integrity
Work with technical teams to integrate SAP with other business systems
Perform testing of SAP solutions, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Collaborate with other SAP consultants and teams (e.g., ABAP developers, basis administrators, and other functional consultants) to ensure proper integration of SAP modules
Provide post-go-live support, resolving issues related to system performance, bugs, or user errors
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, functional specifications, and user manuals
Provide regular updates and reports to management on the project progress, risks, and outcomes
Conduct training sessions for end-users on how to use SAP functionalities
Support change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition to new SAP systems and processes.
REQUIREMENT
Experience with related module
Strong knowledge of business processes in specific areas (e.g., finance, logistics, supply chain, production).
Experience in SAP system configuration and implementation.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with different departments.
