DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Handling Maintenance Agreements Renewal: Preparing proposals, negotiating terms and oversee the renewal of maintenance agreements, including parts and services.
2. Administering Tender Procedures: Managing documentation, submissions and conduct interviews for the procurement of parts and services contracts.
3. Liaising with Clients and Inter divisions: Collaborating with clients and internal teams to achieve sales targets.
4. Customer-Related Administration: Monitoring payments, addressing complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Preparing Quotations: Developing detailed quotations and diligently follow up with clients.
6. Sales Activities: Implementing sales strategies, ensuring customer needs are met effectively.
7. Sales Promotional Activities: Organizing seminars, presentations and other promotional events to boost sales.
8. Market Intelligence and Analysis: Collecting market data, conducting analysis and supporting the Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager in formulating successful sales strategies.
REQUIREMENT
1. Degree holder in Business, Engineering, or related field
2. Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in sales, preferably in lift industry or related industry
3. Have technical knowledge of elevator systems and components is preferable
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
