DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible to plan, monitor and supervise to ensure meeting production deadline with minimum wastage and damages. Estimating quantities or determining time, cost, resources or material for each production to ensure maximum efficiency. To ensure production quality specification is achieved. Responsible on procurement of raw materials. Responsible to ensure compliance and adherence to Company’s policies, work procedures and safety regulations. Responsible to train and give technical guidance to factory employees and closely monitor and manage factory employees as and when necessary to maximize their abilities and performance. Controlling and operating factory machineries and equipment to be always in good running conditions. To be able to handle operating vehicles such as forklift and etc.

REQUIREMENT

Possess at least SPM or Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent field. Candidate without qualification but have similar technical experiences are encouraged to apply. At least 3-5 years working experience in manufacturing, preferable in coating industries Able to work independently with minimum supervision Good analytical, cost conscious and resourceful with strong technical problem solving skills • Good practical experience with MS Office. • Strong organizational and leadership skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
