DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide Level 2 support to end-users across multiple channels. Install, configure, and refresh computers in accordance with corporate IT standards. Liaise with hardware vendors for equipment repair and delivery when needed. Maintain and update support case logs, escalating complex issues to Level 3 as per escalation protocols. Ensure timely resolution of all support requests within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Support the Global Infrastructure Technology Operations team with server hardware, virtual machines, and identity management tasks, including: Setting up and managing email and Active Directory accounts for new hires and leavers Assigning shared folder access rights Performing backups and data restoration of virtual servers and user data Assist in resolving network connectivity and hardware-related issues in coordination with the Global Infra Tech Ops team. Support and implement global IT projects and initiatives within the APAC region. Collaborate with the APAC Infrastructure Support Manager to contribute to infrastructure planning and long-term support strategies. Monitor and maintain local systems, and data and voice network infrastructure to ensure optimal uptime and performance. Manage third-party vendors for infrastructure-related services and hardware support. Travel to APAC offices, warehouses, and airport sites to provide onsite support when necessary. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager in alignment with operational needs.
REQUIREMENT

Requirements Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Level 2 IT support, including remote support and MacBook troubleshooting. Solid background in systems administration, desktop support, and networking. Experience in project coordination involving third-party vendors is preferred. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of networking principles, including routing, VoIP, and firewalls. Proficient with Microsoft technologies, such as Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange. Experienced in managing VMware ESXi servers, NAS, and iSCSI storage solutions. Familiar with network hardware (switches, routers, firewalls). Skilled in remote diagnostics and troubleshooting. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate appropriately. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and vendors. Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Additional Requirements: Willingness to work outside standard office hours, including staggered shifts, based on operational needs. Flexibility to travel regionally across APAC to support various sites, including offices, warehouses, and airports.
