REQUIREMENT
Requirements Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Level 2 IT support, including remote support and MacBook troubleshooting. Solid background in systems administration, desktop support, and networking. Experience in project coordination involving third-party vendors is preferred. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of networking principles, including routing, VoIP, and firewalls. Proficient with Microsoft technologies, such as Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange. Experienced in managing VMware ESXi servers, NAS, and iSCSI storage solutions. Familiar with network hardware (switches, routers, firewalls). Skilled in remote diagnostics and troubleshooting. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate appropriately. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and vendors. Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Additional Requirements: Willingness to work outside standard office hours, including staggered shifts, based on operational needs. Flexibility to travel regionally across APAC to support various sites, including offices, warehouses, and airports.
