DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensuring purchasing request from other departments will be delivered on time, with correct specification and pricing Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and anticipate the organization's purchasing needs Developing and implementing purchasing strategies to meet the organization's operational and financial objectives Negotiating favorable terms with suppliers and managing relationships to secure the best possible prices and delivery times Overseeing the procurement process, including raising purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving any issues that arise Maintaining accurate inventory records and implementing effective stock control measures to minimize wastage and optimize storage Analyzing purchasing data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies related to procurement and inventory management
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 5 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the medical industry Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use relevant software and systems Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on cost-effective and efficient outcomes Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices in procurement and inventory management A proactive and resourceful approach to identifying and implementing process improvements A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred About the role This role is for Purchasing Supervisor in healthcare industry. you will play a crucial role in overseeing the procurement and inventory management processes for our leading healthcare organization. In this full-time position based in South Jakarta, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of essential supplies and materials to support our operations.
