DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage end-to-end procurement processes for LNG-related materials and services. Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure high quality, competitive pricing, and reliable delivery. Prepare and issue RFQs (Request for Quotations), evaluate bids, and perform cost analysis. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors. Maintain accurate procurement records in systems. Collaborate with project management, engineering, and logistics teams to understand requirements and align procurement strategies. Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Ensure procurement activities comply with HSE standards, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements. Manage inventory levels to avoid material shortages or overstock. Assist in developing and maintaining vendor databases and approved supplier lists. Track market trends and assess risks related to supply chain disruptions, pricing volatility, and geopolitical issues.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the LNG, oil & gas, or energy sector. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Familiarity with LNG operations and technical specifications. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in english, spoken and written is a must GENERAL INFORMATION: Type : Office Job Work Location : Central Jakarta Indonesia Job Summary: The Procurement Buyer – LNG is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, equipment, and services required for LNG operations and projects. This role ensures timely delivery and cost-effective procurement while complying with company policies and industry standards.
