• Overseas Human Resources Function • Do end-to-end Recruitment from sourcing to on boarding • Assist in development and implementation of human resources project and policies • Provide support to employees in various HR topics and Issue • Well Known UU Ketenagakerjaan & Indonesian labor • Understanding BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan rules
REQUIREMENT

• Male/female • At Least min 2 years of working as Human Resource Manager • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law Or Relate • Strong analytical and leadership skills • Ability to adapt with fast paced environment • Adaptive in HRIS and knows excel • Good analytical thinking, dynamic, and creative learner • Great communicator and able to work with people from all culture background
