DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

New Market Opening: Responsible in developing new country export network and executing the operations, targeting both on financial gain and customer happiness. Planning and Reporting: Construct rolling sales forecast, promotion program, and sales achievement monitoring. Sales Excellence: Manage good relationship with all export distributors and business partners to achieve sustainable growth in the export country with trustworthy communication. Market Insights: Collaborate with the other departments in New Product Development projects for the export market. External Communication: Lead trade exhibitions and build external relations for international business purposes. Trade Marketing: Manage and maintain trade promotion budgeting and execution.
REQUIREMENT

Wide overseas FMCG distribution channels especially Asia, Africa and Middle East. At least 2 years of experience as an Export Sales, preferably in a reputable FMCG Distribution company. Proficient in sales forecasting tools and distributor management system. Grit and persevere individuals. Target oriented with Growth mindset. Have active passport and willing to travel alone. Fluent in English is a MUST, while Mandarin is a plus. Adequate knowledge in government export policies. Driving License : SIM A/SIM C. Nationality : Indonesian Willing to be placed in Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara
