DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
We are looking for a highly motivated HR Generalist to manage and execute various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and labor laws, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve workplace issues.
Develop and implement engagement programs to enhance employee satisfaction.
Performance Management
Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and feedback processes.
Work with managers to identify training and development needs.
HR Policies & Compliance
Ensure company policies comply with local labor laws and industry standards.
Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbooks.
Payroll & Compensation
Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee benefits administration.
Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee records.
HR Administration & Reporting
Maintain accurate HR databases and generate reports as needed.
Handle employee documentation, contracts, and policy updates.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Generalist.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
Experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
