DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement product strategies to achieve the company's business goals. Perform product performance analysis to measure success and identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to increase product sales and provide sales support.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. Candidates are expected to have several years of relevant experience in product management, product development, sales or a related field. Strong strategic thinking and planning skills to develop and implement effective product strategies aligned with the company's overall goals. Effective communication skills to convey product strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and interact with others. Experienced in FMCG Company as Sales Manager is a must. Willing to travel for official business to all branches in Indonesia. Willing to be placed in Sudirman, Jakarta Selatan.
