REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field from a reputable university. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the solar energy or renewable energy industry. Proven track record of successfully leading a sales team and achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market. Deep understanding of the solar energy market, including key players, technologies, and regulatory environment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and close deals with high-level stakeholders. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving long-term business goals. Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for solar products and services. Ability to analyze market data, customer insights, and financial metrics to drive sales decisions.
