DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations, including the timely filing of tax returns and payments Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to the leadership team to support business growth and profitability Manage the company's tax planning and optimization strategies Collaborate with the accounting team to improve financial processes and controls Participate in the development of the company's annual budget and forecast Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all financial and tax-related matters
REQUIREMENT

A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in a senior finance or tax management role, preferably in a similar industry Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations Proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Effective communication and presentation skills
