DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Identify and persue new business opportunities to expand the custruction project through tenders. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets. - Conduct market research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. - Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. - Negotiate and close sales deals with key clients. - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and providing excellent after-sales support.
REQUIREMENT

- Minimum 3 years of experience as Sales Project in building materials (windows, doors,etc) industry with focus on high-end products. - Have good network in highend project (high rise building, landed house) tenders. - Business level of English and Mandarin speaker will be an added advantage. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth. - Strong leadership and team management skills.
