DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist the team to engage with clients, consultants and contractors to obtain service contracts in the BMS/HVAC market in Taiwan.
Develop comprehensive BMS/HVAC solutions and energy improvement proposals to support clients and consultants to improve building systems.
Achieve annual sales targets and implement cost-effective strategies to fulfill contracts by evaluating bid estimates.
Work with the sales team to ensure smooth contract execution and timely procurement of materials.
Manage service sales activities, including sales development, bidding, negotiation, marketing and promotion.
Maintain high-quality services to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve the company's productivity and efficiency goals.
Actively communicate with customers, represent the company in meetings, and resolve customer needs and issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction after contract completion and cultivate long-term service partnership.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related fields
Business-oriented with negotiation, communication and project management skills.
Intermediate English proficiency.
