Oversee the preparation, review, and analysis of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Monitor and prepare WIP report to highlight key financial movements, variances, and trends to senior management on monthly basis. Generate profit and loss report in management review format and update the forecast number on monthly basis. Compile and organize financial data. Prepare an updated income statement detailing revenue, costs, expenses, and profit margins. Compare actual results to the previous year's performance and the budget to identify and highlight variances. Collaborate with department heads and senior management to develop realistic, data-driven budgets aligned with company goals. Analyze variances between actual and budgeted/forecasted results, making necessary adjustments and providing recommendations. Monitor cash flow on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure the company has the liquidity to meet operational and strategic needs. Review and approve daily payments to ensure alignment with approved allocations and submit monthly trade payment allocations to Group Treasury for approval. Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure efficient collection and payment processes. Prepare short term forecast cash flow for management review on quarterly basis. Coordinate external audits and work closely with internal tax department for compliance matters and guide the team to provide necessary information required by tax agent for preparation tax returns and filing. Participate in weekly operation meeting to update the ongoing issues and challenges facing by operation team and provide recommendation or solutions. Perform any ad-hoc task which assigned my management from time to time.
