DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement effective affiliate sales & marketing strategies to drive revenue growth Recruit, onboard, and manage a diverse portfolio of affiliate partners Monitor, analyse, and optimise affiliate program performance using data-driven insights Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts, commission structures, and incentives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging promotional content and campaigns Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in affiliate marketing Identify and mitigate potential risks or compliance issues within the affiliate program Provide regular reporting and performance updates to stakeholders.
REQUIREMENT

Min. 2 years of experience in affiliate sales & marketing or a related digital marketing field Proven track record of successfully managing and growing affiliate programs Excellent understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, trends, and best practices Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms, tracking tools, and reporting software Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the digital marketing landscape Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
