Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and implement O2O strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales both online and in-store, coordinate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of online and offline channels.
Store Management: Oversee all aspects of our stores' operation, including staff management, inventory control, visual merchandising, promotion, and customer service.
Customer Experience Management: Create and manage omnichannel customer journeys to ensure a consistent and personalized experience across all touchpoints, utilize customer data and feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Sales and Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance across online and offline channels, use data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels across all channels, coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to manage inventory transfers between online and offline stores.
Marketing and Promotions: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales in both online and physical stores, collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities that align with the brand's O2O strategy.
Expansion and New Store Openings: Assist in the planning and execution of new store openings and expansions, ensuring that new locations adhere to the brand's standards and operational procedures.
Financial Management: Develop and manage store budgets, monitor store performance against financial targets, and take corrective actions as needed.
Technology Integration: Ensure the effective integration of technology solutions (e.g., CRM systems, e-commerce platforms) to support O2O initiatives, stay updated with the latest retail technology trends and recommend innovations to enhance O2O capabilities.
Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including third-party vendors, technology partners, and other external collaborators.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
Min. 5 years of experience in LEADING area retail/O2O team, with min. 3 years of experience in fashion retail industry.
Proven track record in managing O2O initiatives or similar roles in the fashion retail industry.
Strong understanding of retail operations, e-commerce, and omnichannel strategies.
Proficiency in data analysis.
Leadership and team management abilities, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
In-depth knowledge of the fashion retail industry, including market trends and consumer behavior.
Knowledge of visual merchandising best practices and the ability to implement them effectively.
Financial acumen for budget management and financial analysis.
Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and online sales strategies.
Innovative and proactive mindset.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
