DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Accounting and Bookkeeping: Maintain records of the company's daily financial transactions, including income and expenses.
Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, cash flow statements, income statements, and promptly submit them to senior management.
Tax Compliance: Compile and submit various tax-related documents in accordance with national tax regulations.
Expense Control: Monitor and control various company expenses to reduce unnecessary waste and improve financial efficiency.
Audit Assistance: Assist internal or external auditors in their auditing processes, including asset verification and reconciliation of accounts.
Banking Transactions: Manage financial transactions with banks, including fund transfers, loans, and repayments, to ensure smooth cash flow for the company.
Other Financial Tasks: Handle bank reconciliations, manage invoices, process outgoing payments, handle tax registrations, and conduct asset inventories, among other financial tasks.
REQUIREMENT
More than 3 years of work experience < 35 years old Familiar with Malaysian tax regulation Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related field. Proficiency in accounting knowledge, financial accounting standards, and tax laws and regulations. Familiarity with financial software and proficiency in using computer office software like Excel. High ethical standards and strong teamwork skills. Ability to handle work pressure and urgent situations effectively. Excellent communication and logical thinking skills. Holding an intermediate-level accounting qualification certificate is a plus.
