DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Build and Maintain Client Relationships – Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their HVAC system needs. Sales and Negotiation – Offer suitable HVAC solutions based on client needs and conduct pricing and contract negotiations. Client Needs Analysis – Identify customer-specific requirements and recommend appropriate HVAC products or services. Coordinate with Engineering Teams – Work closely with engineering and technical teams to ensure that technical specifications meet client expectations. Develop Sales Strategies – Create and implement sales plans to achieve company targets. Conduct Product Presentations and Demonstrations – Deliver product presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of HVAC solutions. Manage HVAC Projects – Ensure smooth execution of HVAC projects from initiation to completion with effective communication between clients and internal teams. Market Research – Analyze market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities in the HVAC industry. Prepare Sales Reports – Compile periodic sales reports and provide insights into sales performance and improvement areas.
REQUIREMENT

Education – Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. Experience – At least 2-3 years of experience in HVAC sales or related industries. Technical Knowledge – Understanding of HVAC principles, cooling systems, and related technologies. Communication Skills – Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients effectively. Target-Oriented – Ability to work towards sales targets and meet set KPIs. Presentation Skills – Capable of delivering professional product presentations to clients and stakeholders. Networking & Strong Industry Connections – Having a broad network within the HVAC industry or related sectors is a plus. Problem-Solving Ability – Capable of analyzing client needs and providing effective HVAC solutions.
