DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Process and manage Purchase Orders (POs) as per management approvals Ensure the compliance of import licensing and the import regulation in Indonesia prior PO confirmation or delivery Track all issued POs, delivery deadlines, payment deadlines and maintain updated records for follow-ups Serve as the point of contact regarding order updates, lead times, and delivery Handle all documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin) Maintain database for POs related communication, and logistics service providers Provide updates on inventory status and shipment progress to relevant stakeholders
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or Economics and Management Minimal 1 years of working experience in international trade logistics Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple logistics process simultaneously Good communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and internal teams. English test score is required Good skills and understanding in import purchasing/logistics process and procedures Strong knowledge in custom rules and government regulations of electronic goods will be an advantage High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
