DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and enhance core system applications based on approved designs. Troubleshoot and fix any bugs or issues in the core system. Provide support for daily, monthly, and yearly core system operations. Collaborate with regional teams, head office, and vendors for assigned projects. Contribute to IT department and company performance goals.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science. 4-5 years of work experience. Proficient in programming and database skills. Familiarity with client-server application concepts. Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and achieving results. Ability to work under pressure, independently or with supervision. Basic experience with IBMi, COBOL, and SQL programming. Understanding of SDLC and ITIL concepts. Additional advantages: - Knowledge in general insurance business process - Knowledge of SMART and/or Policy Asia. - Familiarity with VBA scripts, macros in MS 365, and other programming languages Strong educational background with proven programming experience.
