DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Data analysis and digital solution design, optimizing air conditioning system efficiency, improving energy efficiency =Effectiveness Work with engineering companies, SI, and industry customers to understand needs and provide technical support Analyze air conditioning equipment data and provide customized energy management suggestions Participate in project development and business proposals, formulate the best solutions, and improve customer operational efficiency Cooperate with internal teams to carry out cross-departmental collaboration, promote digital transformation projects, and participate in management training programs
REQUIREMENT

Experience in data analysis and digital solution application is preferred Those familiar with air conditioning systems (HVAC), energy management, building automation and other fields are preferred Experience in engineering companies, SI, or industry cooperation is preferred Have management potential and be interested in business development and technical leadership career Good customer communication and project management capabilities, able to independently execute projects and provide professional advice Cross-department rotation and in-depth training: covering business development, technical solution design, data analysis, energy management strategy and other fields High potential talent training program: providing professional guidance and internal promotion opportunities for management functions and leadership development Top multinational companies and forward-looking technology learning: learning the most cutting-edge air conditioning technology and digital solutions
