DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Lead direct reports in the pursuit of Area performance in line with Area goals. Monitoring, Control and update daily production output and work in progress. Briefing To all production member about operation performance.
Continually coach, counsel and encourage direct reports to follow Operational Discipline elements. Monitoring process both charging and filling and ensure all process accordance to the step and instruction as mentioned in batch instruction.
Assists in troubleshooting, teaching problem-solving skills to close performance gaps.
Proactively engage operators for their improvement ideas, opinions and contributions. Actively involved in improvement and safety talk to achieve high productivity and zero accident (Details will mention in below attachment)
Act as “off hour” operations maintenance gatekeeper on shift.
Prepare initial incident reports and support incident investigation regarding to EHS and Quality non conformance.
Support Supervisor in providing training or coaching related to critical production process to Production Operator as required. Ensure operators are trained in the MOC process.
Ensure equipment preparation for maintenance as per the maintenance schedules. Support Supervisor in providing analysis on process failure for improvement. Make sure all machines have been checked and properly documented on their daily checklists by the respective operators.
Together with Quality Department make sure all process & product comply with the requirements.
Implement Root Cause Analysis methods – actively coaches the Operators in the use.
Checking all operators already used proper PPE and other safety devices and reporting if see unsafe condition, near miss, incident, or spill immediately.
Maintain & Keep 5S activities in production shop floor in a good condition & report periodically.
REQUIREMENT
Have understanding of Operating Discipline, RCA Methods and Business Value Drivers
Capable in supporting Gatekeeping Principles, Process & Equipment Troubleshooting
Graduate from Diploma degree preferable with Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or having minimal 3 years experiences as shift leader in manufacturing.
Computer basic skill (Microsoft: Excel, PowerPoint), Operations data system, MOC application.
Not blind color & Health
Have basic safety knowledge & awareness
Preferable to have EHS Certifications related to Job Scope (e.g., Operator Crane, firefighting team, etc.)
Willing to work in shift, work overtime if required,
