Proven customer support experience, experience as a client service representative, or fresh graduated welcome to applied. Experience in E-Commerce buyer/seller/creator services Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. D3 or equivalent; college degree preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Ability to work in a team environment.
