DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial reports.
Data Consolidation: Collect, consolidate, and review financial data from various business units and subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Bursa Quarterly Announcement: Assist with the preparation of quarterly announcements to Bursa Malaysia.
Intercompany Transactions: Oversee intercompany transactions and reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and elimination of intercompany balances.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and internal controls.
Month-End and Year-End Close: Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting processes and implement best practices.
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, to provide accurate and timely financial information.
REQUIREMENT
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or a related field, preferably within a Malaysian Public Listed company.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) and advanced Excel skills.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Ethics: High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
