DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Support the Country Leader in identifying, evaluating, and pursuing new business opportunities through comprehensive market research and analysis. Assist in preparing proposals, reports, presentations, and other business-related documents. Maintain and update the business development pipeline and CRM system to track opportunities and client interactions accurately. Provide pre-sales support, including coordinating and participating in client meetings, fostering client relationships, and handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and document management. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
REQUIREMENT

At least 3 years of experience in financial services or related fields, preferably in business development-related disciplines. Strong analytical and research skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
