DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Respond quickly to customer chats and follow up personally Achieve closing rate targets Plan and execute follow-up strategies for products and customer stages Manage and optimize product listings every 4 hours Create reports on sales and traffic for shopee and tokopedia monthly. REQUIREMENT

Experience as Marketplace admin for 1 year minimum Familiar with Marketplace features (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.) Able to work under pressure and in a team Excellent communication and negotiation skills Optics-related work experience is preferred Available to WFO in Yogyakarta.
