Handling customer inquiries through multiple channels: phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media (if applicable).
Providing timely and accurate responses to customer requests.
Ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Understanding and supporting all 8elements products.
Acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams (e.g., technical support, product, and marketing).
Escalating issues effectively to the appropriate departments to ensure quick resolution.
Maintaining clear communication with relevant stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction.
Utilizing CRM tools to track customer interactions, manage tickets, and ensure seamless follow-ups.
Continuously identifying areas for improvement in customer service workflows.
Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge to provide informed support.
REQUIREMENT
A diploma (D1) or bachelor's degree (S1) in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or support roles.
Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Experience handling customer inquiries across multiple platforms.
Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure.
