DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Setup, install and maintain the hardware and software of the company Responsible for daily system operations activities and network maintenance Maintain hardware and software inventory Troubleshooting and solve any IT related problem Support the network, systems and applications Provide daily support to end users and perform Helpdesk function if needed
REQUIREMENT

Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline Minimum 3 years of working experience in technical support Hands-on experience of TCP / IP, network troubleshooting and networking equipment such as firewalls and switches Strong knowledge in Windows Server configuration, Active Directory Strong troubleshooting skills with PC / Server (both software / hardware) Knowledge in Linux, MECM, NetBackup Experience in scripting is a plus but not compulsory Good command of written and spoken English Good interpersonal and communication skills Willing to learn and self motivated
