DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Set up and run the machine as per the weekly plan and required quantities. Operate the Spring/Forming machine. Collaborate with the QA team to ensure set-ups and ongoing work meet quality standards. Inspect the machine daily and keep records as instructed. Gather materials needed for daily production from orders. Change and record material coils accurately. Finish and close out production orders, returning unused materials. Maintain daily logs of production such as timesheets, machine use, and defects. Adhere to customer MSA requirements regarding specifications like lubrication, packaging, and batch sizes. Check that all materials needed are available before starting the machine. Follow safety rules, including wearing gloves when changing coils. Any other duties assigned.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 2 years' experience with Spring or Forming machines.
