DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Increase sales revenue of ready-to-eat sausage products by designing effective sales strategies nationally Develop strategies to increase product availability and visibility in the market with various promotional and sales activities that can attract consumer interest. Develop and monitor strategies & guides to the team for managing budgets and preparing promotional programs in accordance with the company's objectives and business plan Collaborate with related departments to create and execute promotional campaigns Monitor, manage and evaluate distributor activities and sales performance Maintain and improve product availability and speed of response to market demand Maintain A&P and DPC Margin according to business plan
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field 5+ years of equivalent National Sales & Promotion Manager experience in Manufacturing & Fast-moving consumer goods (food) industries Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth Demonstrated ability to build and scale businesses through strategic planning and execution Ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve promotional performance Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Willing to travel around Indonesia
