DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in Surabaya and surrounding areas. Build, maintain, and expand networks with distributors, dealers, resellers, and business partners. Ensure sales target achievement through effective planning, market analysis, and precise strategy execution. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, and sales support) to enhance brand awareness and product competitiveness in the designated region. Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and regular performance reporting to management. Provide training and mentoring to the sales team or channel partners to improve productivity and sales effectiveness. Handle price negotiations and contracts with business partners in accordance with company policies. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering appropriate and responsive solutions to their needs.
REQUIREMENT

At least 5 years of experience in sales, channel management, or distribution in the CCTV / Network Product Strong understanding of networking products (routers, switches, access points, etc.) / CCTV Proven track record in managing distributors, dealers, or business partners successfully. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Extensive network in the IT, retail, or enterprise industry in Surabaya and surrounding areas.
