DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Oversee financial operations for Indonesia & Singapore, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Manage external accounting vendors in both countries to ensure service quality and regulatory compliance.
- Support shareholding restructuring processes from a financial and administrative perspective.
- Work with tax vendors to optimize tax efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and streamline processes.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Oversee payroll & financial transactions to ensure accurate reporting and cash flow management.
- Ensure financial integrity in legal agreements with vendors, consultants, and business partners.
- Collaborate with international finance teams, aligning financial processes with global policies.
- Implement & optimize financial systems to improve reporting, accuracy, and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, statutory requirements, and internal controls.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field from reputable university
Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Experience working with a Big 4 firm or an international company is preferred.
Proficient using Xero, Excel, and Spreadsheet
