DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop new RAN (Radio Access Network) technologies and solutions, including modeling and assessing the technology's impact based on business requirements across RAN, Transport, Core, and Cloud areas. Actively participate in the yearly Business Plan process, supporting network Capex and Opex by establishing guidelines for the best network plan and seeking relevant approvals. Ensure proper documentation and guidelines are established for reference. Continuously seek improvements in operational and cost efficiency for business services with a focus on Green initiatives. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to assess and identify industry best practices in new/emerging telecom technologies. Ran Business planning Capex/Opex is mandatory
REQUIREMENT

Experienced in bringing early technology and standards into the market. Minimum 6 years of experience in the Telecommunication industry, especially in Radio Access technologies and relevant mobile network interworking. Good knowledge of modeling, translation, and dimensioning, with proficiency in end-to-end network functionality. Broad telecommunications network and technology strategy knowledge, particularly in Next Generation Technologies.
