DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Business Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, recommending innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Technical Documentation: Develop comprehensive technical documents, including system specifications, process flows, and user guides, to ensure clear communication across teams. System Integration: Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies into existing business environments. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to interpret complex datasets, providing actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
REQUIREMENT

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury operations, business analysis, or system integration. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of SQL, Excel, programming languages, and systems analysis tools. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is advantageous. Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. Project Management: Experience managing cross-functional projects using agile methodologies. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Treasury Experience: Experience in handling treasury banking projects is preferable.
