DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Perform work exclusively according to the superior instructions and under the superiors regular supervision Produce good quality working papers, documented and conclusive Responsible for work performed and for adhering to deadlines Accountable of pending matters on-going assignment Clear review notes made by superiors Report to superior any issues, problems encountered on assignment in a timely manner Provide guidance to downline (if in-charge) Actively assist superior in the follow up of the progress of the assignment Develop professional audit and accounting knowledges, Develop communication skills in relations with the clients
REQUIREMENT

Education achieved: University or D-4 University (complete 4-year studies in economics, with minimum GPA of 3.00) Fresh graduate, years of experience in KAP (Public Accounting Firm) at least 1 year preferable. Specific knowledge and skills: Good interpersonal and communication skill Able to work in team and deal with people at all level professionally Good knowledge of English language (ability to comprehend professional texts, ability to be understood in speech and in writing) Practical knowledge of Indonesian accounting and auditing standards (PSAK and Indo GAAS) Advanced knowledge of MS Office, and Corresponding knowledge of audit techniques (active knowledge) Willing to work hard, under pressure, high accuracy, attention to detail, self-discipline, and initiative Interactive
