DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Conduct marketing, canvassing, site presentations, and site tours for prospective retailers/shopping center tenants. Monitor and ensure lease processes are completed within the specified timeline. Facilitate the rental of exhibition halls and exhibition areas. Organize and manage events in the exhibition hall. Create events and promotional activities to attract crowds to designated shophouses/kiosks.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major. Minimum 2 years of work experience in the leasing field, preferably in Property Management, Retail, or Shopping Centers. Communicative, attractive, target oriented and have wide network. Computer literacy (Ms. Office). Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
