DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Do campaign and media planningmarketing strategy Develop and executeperformance marketing campaigns across various channels(e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, affiliate marketing, email marketing). Manage digital advertising budgets and ensurecampaigns are optimizedfor maximum ROI. Monitor performance metrics,identify trends, and adjust strategies for optimal outcomes. Design and implementcustomer loyalty programsto boost retention and lifetime value. Use data-driven insightsto refine loyaltystrategies and improvecustomer engagement. Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., product,customer service) to enhance customer experiences, rewards and satisfaction. Leverage CRM and analytics tools to gain insights into customer behaviorand preferences. Develop personalized marketingmessages and offersbased on customerdata.
REQUIREMENT

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or customer loyalty roles. Proven track record of managingdigital marketing campaigns with measurable success. Experience in loyaltyprogram design and customer retentionstrategies. Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEM, SEO, paid social platforms, CRM systems). Excellent data analysisand reporting skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with different departments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in budgetmanagement and resource allocation.
