DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and expectations. • Gather information about the event's objectives, theme, budget, and requirements. • Create a detailed work plan, including a schedule of activities, budget allocation, and resources needed. • Coordinate all aspects of the event, including venue selection, permits, transportation, accommodation, decoration, and technical equipment. • Draft contracts with suppliers and vendors and manage negotiations and confirmation of services. • Oversee event preparations, including venue preparation, stage setup, sound and lighting setup, and other logistical preparations. • Ensure all event activities run according to plan and prepare post-event reports.
REQUIREMENT

• Min Age 25-35 yo • Bachelor's degree from reputable university, majoring in Hospitality, PR, Management, Tourism, or related field • Min 3 years experiences from Hotel, Tourism & Travel industries • Previous experience in sales & marketing, event planning and organizing, either in or outside of a corporate environment. • Good understanding of event logistics, budget management, and contract negotiations with suppliers and vendors. • Understanding of trends in the event industry and the ability to adapt creative ideas. • Ability to use event-related software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, event management applications, and graphics software) would be a plus. • Avail to be placed in Semarang, Central Java.
