DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee network systems, servers, cloud environments, and ensure system stability, security, and performance optimization. Manage IT projects, including network upgrades, office expansions, and system implementations, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance. Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and minimize operational disruptions. Oversee internal application development, including testing, deployment, and documentation. Develop IT strategies, improve processes, and align technology solutions with business objectives. Implement IT policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain data security.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or a related field. 4 years in IT management, with a proven track record in leading teams and managing IT infrastructure projects. Experience in planning and executing IT projects, such as system upgrades, office expansions, and technology integrations. Familiarity with software development processes, application deployment, and automation tools. Proficient in database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and data analysis tools. Understanding of information security principles and best practices to ensure system stability and security. Proactive in analyzing IT processes, identifying gaps, and implementing solutions to drive operational efficiency. Willingness to explore new technologies, experiment with solutions, and stay ahead of industry trends.
