DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
E-commerce Amazon Strategy: Develop and implement the Amazon strategy in alignment with the overall business goals and objectives.
Amazon Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Amazon platform, ensuring it is functional, user-friendly, and up-to-date.
Product Management: Manage the product catalog, including adding new products, updating product information, and optimizing product listings for SEO.
Merchandising: Plan and execute online visual merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage Amazon inventory levels, ensuring product availability, and minimizing out-of-stock situations.
Pricing and Promotions: Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute pricing strategies, discounts, and promotions to drive sales and maintain profitability.
Content Management: Ensure that product descriptions, images, and other content are accurate, compelling, and aligned with the brand's tone and style.
Analytics and Reporting: Analyze Amazon performance metrics (e.g., conversion rate, bounce rate, traffic, and sales) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
SEO and SEM: Implement search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to increase organic and paid traffic to the website.
Mobile Optimization: Ensure the Amazon platform is optimized for mobile devices to cater to the growing mobile shopping trend.
Customer Retention: Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer loyalty, including email marketing, loyalty programs, and post-purchase engagement.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor the competitive landscape and stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
REQUIREMENT
A bachelor's degree in marketing, e-commerce, business administration, or a related field, from a reputable university with min. GPA typically preferred. Min. 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, especially Amazon, is highly valuable. Fluent in English (verbal & written). Proficiency in e-commerce/Amazon platform. Strong analytical skills to interpret e-commerce metrics and make data-driven decisions. Have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in product listings, pricing, and content. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide excellent customer support.
