DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Monitor and analyze OEE system data for accurate tracking and reporting
Implement production control plans to optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
Track and analyze product cards and time trackers for labor and process costing
Improve production systems/software, ensuring integration with financial reporting
Analyze machine utilization and cost structures in manufacturing operations
Validate Product Cost Breakdowns (PCBDs) for pricing accuracy
Provide financial insights to support cost transparency and efficiency
Conduct variance analysis and recommend cost optimization strategies
Prepare and present periodic production and financial reports for management review
Assist in reporting on cost accounting and production efficiency
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Production, Mold Shop, Finance, and Management) to improve cost transparency
Support forecasting activities related to material planning and capacity utilization
REQUIREMENT
Degree in Controlling, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Economics
8+ years of experience in manufacturing controlling, cost accounting, or operations finance
Strong understanding of OEE, cost structures, and production KPIs.
Familiar with ERP systems, Excel, Power BI, and financial reporting tools.
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
