DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Engage properties to deploy Food Lockers within the country • Manage the end-to-end process from property sourcing to terms negotiations and final contracting
REQUIREMENT

• 3+ years of relevant experience in sales for similar businesses -- related to properties partnership acquisition for smart locker business or other services deployed in strategic properties in Jakarta, big cities & greater areas. • Able to do sales work, with a sales background, ideally in dealing with property managers and property owners Position: Site Acquisition / Branch Expansion Company: Giant Tech Company (the brand is very strong in Indonesia, to easily attract the customer) Role: Sales Product: Similar with Vending Machine, Food Lockers, Smart Vending, Targeted Market: Apartment Building Management, Office Building Management, Property Manager, Property Owner Open for the talent: Any sales executive with a similar targeted market, such as wifi, CCTV, etc with a minimum of 3 years of experience Salary: 6 mio gross Incentive: IDR 3 mio if reach the target of 3 properties/mo Extra Incentive: IDR 1 mio for every additional property closed Employment: Contract 12 months first
