Manage job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and support the hiring process for various roles across retail, sales, and corporate departments.
Utilize online job platforms, social media, and industry networks to find and attract top talent.
Create job advertisements and promotional materials to attract potential candidates.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop career pages, social media, and internal platforms to highlight the company culture and employee experience.
Work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and coordinate interviews.
Mantain and expand a network of contacs within the fashion retail industry, including designers, merchandiser, content creator, and other key roles.
Report on hiring progress, including time-to-hire, candidate experience, and diversity.
Administer psychological assessments to support promotion decisions and ensure a strong fit for leadership roles.
Lead a team to support recruitment and employer branding process.
REQUIREMENT
Preferably master's degree in psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
At least 3-4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition & employer branding, or HR, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
Strong in sourcing skills (networking & headhunting).
Strong understanding and ability to administer and create psychological assessment report (include interpretation).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
