DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to achieve the company's marketing objectives Manage and optimize the company's website, social media channels, and other digital platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends, audience insights, and opportunities for digital marketing initiatives Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to create engaging and effective digital content Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and make data-driven optimizations to improve results Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them to enhance the company's online presence Manage the digital marketing budget and optimize spending to achieve maximum ROI
REQUIREMENT

8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, and other digital marketing channels Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media analytics Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and campaigns Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
