DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

As a Area Sales Manager, recruit and build teams to commit and achieve the sales target. Building, developing and monitoring teams to sales comply with applicable regulations. Coach the team to boost up their skills set on client profiling and business advisory
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree in any major Target oriented and team development. Good business sense and well perform analytical skills Related qualification with 1 years experiences in bank assurance/insurance industry/related (most preferred) Sales and marketing from related field (Preferred quality RM, BM, Bancassurance, Senior Funding/Lending Specialist, Senior Account Executive Marketing, Senior investment advisor/wealth manager) Entrepreneurship mindset and eager for a new challenge Based in Bandung Tokio Marine Life Insurance Indonesia (Agency) is currently #hiring for Business Partner who are ready to new challenges, highly committed and target oriented to join us through agency partnerships.
