REQUIREMENT

Minimum D3/Polytechnic degree in Engineering or a related technical field. 5-8 years of relevant experience in Injection Molding, Plastic Injection, Production Engineering, or Mold Production. Strong expertise in Injection Molding processes, product quality control, and leadership/people management (Experience in an Injection Molding company is preferred). Proficient in troubleshooting and root cause analysis, with the ability to train and mentor team members. Fluent in English (both spoken and written). Computer literate, with proficiency in relevant software/tools. Knowledge of environmental impact assessment, risk identification, and control measures. Broad understanding of Health & Safety Work Management Systems (K3). Fundamental knowledge of workplace safety best practices.
