Make a planning and budgeting allocated to Branch results achievement.
Monitor all employees in Branch Office.
Monitor past due account.
Manage and improve the achievement of Branch Office in accordance with the plans and budgets, as well as complying with applicable regulations and changes.
Communicating work plans and directing all employees of the Branch Office and sub-branches below it to support and achieve the work plan.
Together with the marketing team, promote Bank SBI Indonesia products so that they could attract new customers, retain and increase existing customers, both nominally and number of accounts.
Analyze and recommend to the relevant Directors and the credit committee the results of the analysis of applications or loan extensions.
Mitigating credit risk by maintaining and monitoring disbursement, use of credit facilities and optimizing collection of non-performing loans (if any).
Monitor and evaluate the work of the Branch Office, both staff and employees and their achievements.
Monitor weekly pipeline reports for funding and lending transactions to related parties
Make Yearly Branch Performance Report for annual work meetings.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum bachelor degree with minimum GPA 3.00.
Minimum 7 years as Branch Manager experience in Banking Industry.
Fluent in English and Bahasa is a must, both speaking and writing.
Have Risk Management Certification Minimum Level 5.
Good in analysis, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
A result-oriented.
Have good knowledge about banking, accounting and management.
Have Certification in Leadership Training, Selling Skills, Operational Training, Credit Analysis Training.
